What HSFC Does

The Healthy School Food Collaborative works with schools and community organizations by helping to provide access to healthy and nutritious meals free of charge to students and participants. Our food service operations team manages the set up, implementation, distribution and administrative functions for school food and child nutrition programs, after school snack and supper programs and summer feeding programs when school is not in session. We partner with experienced food vendors to produce and deliver healthy food to your students and community.

The HSFC team provides food program operations consulting and management expertise to single and multi-site charter and private school child nutrition programs and community organization food programs.  We assist schools in becoming their own School Food Authority and by managing food service operations, relieving program directors of the administrative and regulatory challenges that are part of food service management.
